This plug is similar to the Swiss type J plug but is not compatible for the following reasons:

• The distance of the earth pin from the centre line between the live and neutral pins is 3mm instead of 5mm on the Swiss plug
• The pin diameter is 4.5mm instead of 4mm
• The live and neatral conductors are positioned opposite to the Swiss version.
